Our school leaders are passionate about education and dedicated to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Ms. Rebecca Ford, Principal

Ms. Ford received her bachelor of science degree in developmental psychology from Eastern Washington University and her teaching credentials from Gonzaga University. She also holds two master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University—one in curriculum and instruction and one in educational administration through the prestigious iLeadAZ Aspiring Principals Program.

Ms. Ford is a true Treasure Hunter. She believes that all children are capable of success and will work to ensure that every student on her campus is working towards success. Her goals are to help promote a culture of belief where the adults will commit to believing, educating, motivating, and preparing all children for their future. It is her personal mission to help every student find their unique skills and talents to develop a vision for their future selves.

Ms. Amy Bowen, Assistant Principal

Ms. Bowen joins our team with many years of experience in education. Before becoming our assistant principal, she served in various roles, including classroom teacher, instructional coach, and master curriculum specialist. She joined the Tolleson Elementary School District in 2007 as a second-grade teacher here at Sheely Farms and has remained committed to serving our students, staff, families, and community.  

Ms. Bowen is a proud graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her bachelor's in elementary education, and Northern Arizona University, where she earned her master's in elementary education along with her reading endorsement and principal’s certificate. 

Ms. Bowen is passionate about teaching and learning and believes that all students are capable of success–No Exceptions!
